    Crew-In-Training Program

Train and work with Summerhouse Crew.

Summerhouse Crew-in-Training (CIT) is an opportunity for students to expand their understanding of responsibility, as well as their sense of self, as part of a team. This summer learning experience equips participants with management, operational, and leadership skills.

Initial CIT training includes a week-long intensive process with students learning and practicing these skills.

Then, for their selected two-week sessions, CITs will collaborate with Crew and interact with Summerhouse Kids.

During the mandatory training week, CITs will learn:

    • Conflict Mediation
    • First Aid / CPR / AED training & certification
    • Safety Protocols specific to Summerhouse
    • Project and Activity Planning

    Ages
    12-17 (as of 9/1/2023)

    Dates & Times
